Daecheon Beach

The biggest beach located at the west coast, Daecheon Beach is a place endowed with youth and romance, relaxation and natural beauty.
The beach opens from July to August every year, and it was selected as one of the ‘Water sports safe spots” by the National Emergency Management Agency.

Gaewha Arts Park

Inside the park, there are art museum, concert hall, herb land, rock sculpture, Korean Handwriting Park, freshwater fish aquarium, bird’s museum and a charcoal burner, and not only lovers but also families can see, feel and enjoy seeing them.
Along both sides of the 2.5km nature trail which surrounds the park, there stretches numerous rocks engraved with poetry and it draws the eyes of the visitors to the park.
