Waryongmyo
‘Waryongmyo’ is a shrine dedicated to Zhuge Liang [諸葛亮] who was a politician and also a military officer in Chu Han [蜀漢] China in the Three Kingdoms era.The grave was named ‘Waryongmyo’ taking after his degree.
National Theatre
The National Theatre is a cultural art performing theatre which represents the Republic of Korea. It is located at Namsan and every month, it provides joy and relaxing time to people in and out of the country, by bringing a wide variety of fresh planning and high-level performances.
Ahn Jung Geun Memorial Museum
The Ahn Jung Geun Memorial Museum is a representative Hyun Chun patriotism facility, located at Namsan, in the center of Seoul, and since its opening on October 26, 1970, the museum has proceeded various Shenyang projects.
However, as the museum got old, it was rebuilt and re-opened with public donations and the state budget, on the anniversary day of October 26 in 2010.
Namsan Traditional Hanok Village
The Pil-dong [筆洞] area, located at the northern foot of Namsan Hanok Village, served as a playground in the summer in the Joseon era, thanks to the cool, flowing valleys nearby. The place was also called as ‘Cheonghak-dong.’
The view of Cheonghakdong is so beautiful that together with Samcheong-dong [三淸洞], Inwangdong [仁旺洞], Ssanggyedong [雙溪洞] and Baekundong [白雲洞], these 5 places are chosen as the most scenic ‘dongs’ in Hanyang.
